leaning towards the light
reaching for the brightness
bathing in the sunshine

own it
stand on it
from the highest peak
where you can lift off
to soar

dancing the dance
with
the universe

sometimes i just want to wrap myself
in the comfort darkness

it felt like splinters
tearing my skin
it sounded like a house

a softening heart
